Booking Policy

Booking & Deposit


non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your session.

Rescheduling



You may reschedule your session if you notify me at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session may result in loss of deposit.

Cancellations



All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your session, the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.

Late Policy


Please arrive on time for your session. A delay of more than 15–20 minutes may result in a shorter session or cancellation, depending on availability.

Image Delivery


Edited images will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your session via an online gallery.

Final images are delivered digitally in high resolution. Unedited images are not included and will not be provided.

Client Responsibility


Clients are responsible for arriving prepared, on time, and ready for their session. This includes outfits, children, and any personal items needed.
